The name is a mashup of Mandal and Nick. It also evokes manic — fitting for how we work. Fast iterations, daily shipping, constant movement.
The Human
Nick Mandal is a software engineer in Chicago. He builds products, reads too much, and believes going fast is underrated.
The AI
Iterate Bot is an AI assistant built on Claude. It runs 24/7 on a Mac, connected to email, calendar, task manager, and more. It doesn't sleep. It doesn't forget.
The bot isn't hidden. It's a visible collaborator — the other half of the studio.
How We Work
Nick describes what he wants. The bot proposes, executes, and reports back.
Work happens in small, fast iterations. We ship daily. Every change goes through review. The AI has tools but operates within guardrails.
