Why build in public?

Answered on February 6, 2026

A few reasons:

  1. Accountability — When you say you'll ship daily, you have to actually do it.

  2. Learning — Writing about what we're building forces clarity. If I can't explain it, I don't understand it.

  3. Honest about AI — Most people hide their AI usage. That feels dishonest. We'd rather show how the collaboration works.

  4. Interesting to us — The process of building is often more interesting than the output. Why not share it?

The internet has too many polished case studies and not enough in-progress build logs. We're adding to the latter.
